This achievement took me quite a while. For this achievement you'll need to make two deliveries to all locomotive, furniture and paper mill factories in the regions of the Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC.
This means you'll need to do a total of 24 deliveries, as there are 12 such factories.
The following factories need two cargos delivered to it, each:
Locomotive factories
Latvia - Riga
Latvia - Daugavpils
furniture factories
Estonia - Tartu
Finland - Helsinki
Latvia - Daugavpils
Latvia - Rēzekne
Latvia - Riga
Lithuania - Šiauliai
Paper mills
Estonia - Kunda
Finland - Kouvola
Finland - Tampere
Lithuania - Vilnius
Go to the list of available quick jobs and filter on the destination company. The five companies you're looking for are:
- Estonian Paper AS
- Latvijas Vagonu Rūpnīca (LVR)
- Renat
- Viljo Paperitehdas Oy
- Vilniaus Popieriaus Fabrikas (VPF)
Upon completion of all 24 deliveries (2 each to every of the 12 factories) the achievement should unlock.
