For this achievement you'll need to deliver cargo to all airport terminals in France.

There are six airport terminals in the following cities:
- Brest
- Clermont-Ferrand
- Montpellier
- Nantes
- Paris
- Toulouse

The destination company you're looking for is FLE. If you choose a quick job and then filter on destination company, go to the F. There are usually a bunch of FLE to choose from, but not all cities might be available at certain times, thus requiring the player to skip some ingame time.

After you delivered cargo (doesn't matter which as long as the destination city is one of the 6, and the company is FLE) to all 6 destinations, the achievement should unlock.
Constable Blimey ChipsLooks like this achievement has been updated/changed, it now requires 8 locations.

In addition to these 6 mentioned there's also Bastia & Calvi.

RShadowNinjaUPDATE: as of update 1.55 this has been changed to 3 (was 6) all the delivery locations should still work.
