For this achievement you'll have to deliver cargo to the two container ports in Scandinavia:
1) Oslo, Norway
2) Esbjerg, Denmark
None of the other container ports in other dlc's are needed for this one.
When you go to the freight market filter the list of available jobs on receiving company (receiving, not sending, you need to deliver to the cargo ports). Look for a company named Container Port and make sure it's a container port in either Oslo or Esbjerg. Take the job and complete a delivery to both of the locations. You can use your own truck or choose a quick job. After you completed the second job, the achievement should unlock.
