There are quite a few levels that you can fall for longer times. Your goal is to make Noodle open his mouth during one of the falls.
If you can't get it in the early levels, just give it some time. There's a fire level that will have 2 tall towers, that you can safely fall from and unlock the achievement in there. Don't rush it, and you will most likely get it by playing through the main levels normally
