Convince Vogga the Hutt to sell fuel to Telos.

This achievement is for Getting the Hutt to supply fuel to The Telos station.(Maybe--I think it might be 18)

After you find The jedi master on the Hutt's Planet (moon), return to the planet and talk to The Hutt near the docking area. It's easy to convince him, once you've dealt with Goto. If he refuses to see you, go to the cantina and speak to the dance recruiter.
