After the third mission where you pilot the Zitadelle, you'll be back inside the lab piloting the Drone. Soon after this section begins you'll hack a terminal inside an office off to the side, after which soldiers will spawn and start shooting at the cockpit. Simply zap each of them while using the cubicles as cover, there's only four.
