If you've already progressed past the first level and don't want to lose your progress the select Sign In from the main menu to load an alternate player profile.
Play through the level completing the given tasks till you have a combo of 13. This will give you four Lucid blocks, then complete the level without using these. The four Lucid blocks alone regardless of anything else will give more than the required 10 million points.
