Inventory is very important in Resident Evil, that's where inventory upgrades come into play, there are six total and they will each give you +2 slots.

Below is a list of all Hip Pouches available, are where to get them:

-Subway Station: The puzzle for Silver Power Stones will grant you a Hip Pouch.

-Subway Power Plant: This one is in the safe room just before the spider generator puzzle, it will be on the right hand side on top a crate.

-Sewers: This pouch can be found in the same room as the Battery Pack.

-RPD (West Office): This will be hidden inside a safe inside the lit up room facing you as you enter, the combination is Left 9, Right 15, and Left 7.

-Hospital (Protect Phase): During this long phase of protecting Jill, a reptile monster will break out of the chained up door behind the counter, revealing a lot of supplies and, of course, a Hip Pouch.

-Underground Storage: Just before the fuse puzzle, you will be put in a safe room with the pouch lying there and waiting for you.
