If you go to Gobbler's Knob for the ceremony and are not giving the speech or otherwise engaged in an activity you can head to the area left of the stage (when facing it) where there a guy selling some things. On his table is a box with 5 donuts in it. The two donuts without any decoration (upper left and lower right) are normal; pick each up and just hold by your mouth to eat. The three with decorations are apparently drugged; eating each one will cause a different hallucination. Eat one of those three (the others will all disappear), watch a little bit of the hallucination to enjoy the effect, then restart the scene and choose a different donut (technically you can restart immediately, but why not enjoy the detail). The achievement will unlock immediately after eating the last one.
