Near the beginning of the level Exodus, you will encounter a few Brutes along a walkway. Behind them is a 'World Kiosk', and on the back of the kiosk is an advertisement for Moa Burgers, with the text 'EXTRA LEAN' and 'NEW FLAVOR'. Stare at this advert for long enough until you get the achievement.
