In one of your Created Scenarios, place 10 disasters on the map to appear after 1 Week. Be sure to click the "Publish Scenario" radio button when saving the Scenario.
DO NOT use Forest Fire! It wont count without a Watch Tower. Just use Tornados, Sink Holes, Earthquakes, Lightning and Meteors.
