Farm monsters at the Furbidden Fields. You can clear them easily with berserk, fire and trap skills (remember to equip magic stat items).
Go to a nearby inn after killing all of them to save and exit to main menu, then reload to spawn these enemies again. Repeat until you get lvl 99.
