Well my solution for this achievement is to create an Ubuntu Live flash drive (USB 3 for speed) with persistent storage. Boot from it, install Steam and Postal. Once installed simply start the game (don't need to play, just start). Achievement pops once your at the main menu. Once done wipe the drive (unless you come to find you like Linux, hehe).
