When you reach Stage 3-2 there's a Dark block right away. You can move the ones that don't have any decoration on them. Pull it out and move it 9 more times. Moving from one space to another counts. This doesn't take too long to do, just make sure you don't move any other blocks or you have to start again. It would be recommended starting this achievement on lower difficulties so you have the time to do it. You can redo levels from the bar when you have access to your phone.
