This is one of the 2 bosses that have a chance to spawn at the end of the Earth level. Took me 2 runs through this level on adventure mode to get him to spawn. Also when you defeat him you will receive a firearm, but if you destroy his legs and then beat him you will get a nice 2 handed hammer.
