The description to this puzzle is cut-off it should read: "Finished maze puzzle in Selenitic Age without pressing Backtrack"
You can easily avoid the back track button, by simply turning the ship around and using the forward button. And if you hit it for some reason then you can always just go back and play through it again for the achievement.
