You should be able to complete this with relative ease.
There are only 5 locations you need to worry about getting your paddle to, (roughly):

Location 1 and 5 can be taken care of by moving your paddle to the extreme top and bottom of the screen. If you don't have the sequence memorized, I recommend justifying your paddle to the dead center each time.
