The easiest way to do this is to use the instant level up mod.

This will get you level 100 with the first quest and will give you a huge amount of gold.
Skip all of the side quests and just rush the completion of the main quests. It should take about 2 hours per character if you do it this way. I would still recommend your first play through be a slow run through vanilla.
