North of the hotel you'll find a creepy house. Go in and go upstairs or downstairs until the TV gives you a quite by Mary. It's a specific quote you need, something like 'This is the right floor'. Once you're there leave the house (without changing floors). You'll see Mary the ghost to the right of the house.
