Best done on a Pangea, Africa or other whole body map in "Dual" size. Marathon time span will give you more turns to move your troops and conquer that only town the only enemy has. it's just a matter of building the archer units required to grind down the city health and take it.
Should be a piece of cake on settler difficulty.
