Without going into too much detail, this is the game's first storyline based achievement. There's a prologue, then the title sequence, then you control Bruce Wayne. Stuff happens, and you need to get your costume. Bruce and Alfred will direct you through an easy platforming section to it. Walk up, interact, the achievement will pop.
On an unhelpful note, this is the Greatest achievement of all time.
