Like it says make a city produce 100+ gold in a turn, focus on building market, bank, stock exchange and other gold producing city improvements add some trade routes on top of that. and preferable have the city next to the ocean so you get all the gold from the sea trades and squares.
Shouldn't be to hard, it most likely end up popping without a effort in the later eras.
