To earn this Achievement, you simply have to go very fast. The Achievement will unlock at about 11'100m/s.
To reach this velocity you most likely need a Velocity Security Control Bypass installed.
I guess this Achievement references to the Apollo 10 mission. You can find hints for this in some of the loadingscreens.
