This is cumulative over all game modes. You melee by pressing cn_RB . Depending on your character, you will either kick or punch them. You do not have to finish them off while they are lying on the ground; you only have to melee them once to knock them to the ground. Once you have meleed 100 enemies, the achievement will unlock.
