To get this achievement you have to select the Zombies mode.
The zombie mode option is in the main menu of the game.

Once you are in the game, you need to survive 5 levels (really easy) and once the 5th level is passed the gate will open offering you a new soldier to help you fight and also the achievement that become yours ;)
