You will not get this early on easily, as spending your Canopic Jars is something you will do constantly. You will also not be able to have a constant influx of them early on, as you can't build buildings easily, which generate them. You should save this one for later on and get this in the endgame, at which point you will likely get this automatically.
Since The Exiles of Nehek require you to craft every Mortuary cult item, you could get this in their playthrough, as you will need a lot o Canopic Jars in theirs anyway.
