You can find an app called I-Am-Here, essentially a GPS tracker. However, at first you can't connect to the internet which is required to use the app.
Okay, now you are connected, but naturally there is another barrier. GPS tracking is turned off for this device, so you'll need to head over to settings in order to turn it on. Its password protected, once more.
Once you've inputted the password, you can click on share my location to pop this achievement.
