Easy one here.
Having gotten a perfect 100/100 caught, all you need to do is trap Kelly as she walks through the glass cage trap in the Upstairs Hall.
I mean, sure, you don't have to, but you get an achievement for it, and she hasn't done much, just survive an intense night of horror with green eyed vampires, and cyberpunk-looking half bloods. That achievement is worth it. :)
