Personally, I would recommend doing this in the stage "Stronghold" (Act 3, Stage 1). When entering the tunnels underneath the Security Centre after Price kills the lights. The enemies won't be able to see you so quickly go stabbing before Price shoots them. This'll work no matter the difficulty.
