The longer you wait before restarting the more angels you will get towards this achievement. You can see the total angels you have and can earn through the Investors button on the left. I recommend waiting until around 100-200 angels the first time prior to restarting.

Each time after try to double your angels to get the progress moving quicker. For example second reset reset wait till around 400 angels then next 800. Each time you restart the angels will give you a boost on money earned so you will recover faster each time. *Credit to ToxicRat for advice on waiting to 200 and doubling.

Try not to use the angels you earned towards managers that require angels as payment since this can be counter productive towards this achievement and I feel do not really pay off.
ToxicRatI disagree, it is better to reset for the first time around 200 angels, and then just double each time. Instead of only getting 100 angels each time.
