This achievement can be obtained within the first level of the game "
Osaka Castle".
In the final section of the level you will be introduced to Takuma once the cutscene is over make your way to the base of his tower & by the explosive barrels there is a hookshot. Using "
Hayato" repel to the roof of the tower and approach Takuma for the achievement to pop.
