You can get this one easily in the third battle of Prompto's episode. It's the fight where you are trying a machine gun for the first time. The enemies are placed on the end of the stairs and if you keep your distance they cannot hit you with their guns so just wait until the skill bar fills up and perform 10 selfies, each costs two bars so within 5 minutes you should have this achievement unlocked.
