Either Marc Perez (in chapter one) or Alla Zima (in chapter five) needs to remove Gabriel's restraint. Teng Lei needs to dodge.
In the final chapter, Teng must choose to release Gabriel without bargaining for the cure. (It doesn't matter what the general told her to do in the previous scene.)
