Either hack Manderley and Anna's computers in chapter 5 for the killphrase to kill Anna (assuming she hasn't been killed already).
Or tell Jaime Reyes (the doctor) to stay at UNATCO or don't talk to him at all. Then in chapter 10 talk to him at the café for the killphrase for Gunther, which is then used at chapter 11.
