Gamer has been removed
I'm submitting this guide mainly as a review of the simplicity that is this game and that if anyone is wondering about the rain of hate that is surely going to fall on it... "Yes... it is that simple, no the game is not broken, and haters will just hate on this type of achievement spamming game..."
Now: Simply open the "game" (achievement generator is more apt), reduce to tray, and the program is kind enough to close itself after the 5000th achievement is generated! You can't even open it again to "play!" It's that easy. You are buying 5000 achievements and there is nothing to do but wait 5000 seconds for them to be yours.
