Best done with options set to Very Easy, 1 Round, no time limit.
This is an annoying one with the AI, albeit manageable. Put yourself against Superman since he likes to use his eye lasers, get him down to 5% and just spam
and eventually one will reflect and hit him for the KO. Alternatively if you have friends you could just have them do it, but the AI works fine enough to do it this way.
