In episode 1, you gain access to an agent search tool for the Nation, where you can check peoples code names to see if they are agents for The Nation.
For this you need to upload the the "PeoplesVoice" Blabber datachunk from Raban's profile,into this tool.
After all, its unlikely he's an agent, but its good to check.
