This achievement is pretty easy to understand: Play ONLY Gravity Gun through Ravenholm.
It's not very hard, there's a lot of good items to pick & throw to ennemis (especially a lot of "Saw Blades" you can find on the floor, with them you can very easily OS (almost) all ennemis you'll meet on Ravenholm).

Harder part of this achievement is at the end of Ravenholm, when Gregory is sending you the "Cable Car" to join him. You have to wait for it and many "fast zombies" are assaulting you on the roof and the hatch you used to come up can't be opened from the roof.

The best way is to jump down from the roof and stay in Ravenholm streets while killing fast zombies. Then, go back up on the roof and enter the "Cable Car" to meet Gregory.

If you did it right and if I well remember, achievement will pop when you're in the "Cable Car"!
StuRedmanIt safer to wait inside the room with the ladder, just before you enter the roof. Keep both doors closed, so no enemy can get to you.

DarukIf you don't get out on the roof (and with the hatch closed), it works ?
(It triggers the script with Gregory ?)

StuRedmanYou have to trigger the script, so the cart moves slowly in your direction. When the fast zombies show up, jump to the streets and go the same way you first entered the building leading to the roof. Close the door behind you and wait until the cart has arived.

DarukOh yeah. I thought you told me it wasn't necessary to jump from roof & go back up again...
Yes, I knew this trick, but the cart moves slowly, you'd better to kill fast zombies instead of just waiting imo...
And other solution, (the one I used), if to just run in circle on the small roof!! xD
They never managed to touch me, except when I was jumping in the cart and waiting for it to go back to Gregory! :D
