As the description says, all you need to do to unlock this achievement is make sure you have at least one win for half of the neutral roles (Amnesiac, Survivor, Serial Killer, Arsonist, Jester, Executioner, Werewolf, Witch) ! You can check your wins via the statistics on the main menu!
