You'll visit the Plaza of Zeal on
two separate occasions. The Handyman will only appear during the first visit.
You'll know which occasion by the ethnicity of the gunsmith's wife. On the first visit she's asian and on the second she'll be caucasian.
After speaking with her, exit it the gunsmith's shop and a Handyman will appear. Glitch the Handyman using the below video and aim for the heart.
