After getting the Night Visor, head into the Black Zone. Head straight forwards from the entrance, down the staircase to the Ground Floor, and straight forwards again to enter a closet.
Inside the closet is a Walker with its back turned to you, and a dead Haydee in front of it holding the Crowbar.
