Most easily done on the last few levels of the game; wait until you get a bullet train which has at least 6 cars + the main engine, then put it into the smallest circular-sized section of track you can generate. It is possible to get this achievement with non-bullet trains, but most of them are shorter, save, again, on the last few levels of the game.
