This is an unmissable story-based achievement, gotten about a third of the way through the game, at the end of the analysis of the murder scene in the alley. After you've discovered there is a witness, move to where you can see him hiding in the corner. Play the scene out until he places his left hand on the wall near his head, analyze it, and you should unlock the achievement.
