To play as the Jock, and thus unlocking this achievement, you'll need to kill a earn a destruction level of 75 in a single level.
This isn't too taxing: just destroy everything you see. People, walls, bookcases, fridges... everything. Be sure to complete the level for the achievement to unlock.
