8. The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Episode 5 | From the gallowsUpdate notes

After a recap of the last chapter, you'll have a flashback to playing dominoes. You'll lose with whichever domino you select. You'll discover that your father has cancer. You'll have to decide whether to tell him to fight or to make his own decision.
Then you'll go back to the present. Press Y to shoot a zombie, then move left to dodge a bullet. Press cn_A three times to dismember a zombie approaching the van. Then cn_B three times to blind fire at Joan's gunmen. When a zombie jumps you, mash cn_A then hit cn_Y to shoot its brains out. Then press cn_A to attack the zombie with the dismembered leg. Mash X to save David, then someone will surprise you. Move left to smash a zombie with your bat.
The achievement unlocks after your group gets inside a building.

Sole Survivors

David walks out after he feels like everyone is against him. Kate will tell you that she has seen that look in him before and that you need to go after him. The achievement unlocks as you leave.

You will have to make a major decision to stay with Kate or follow David & Gabe who leave in the truck. The achievement will unlock after deciding.

Family Values

You will stumble across David who is dead in the car, and Gabe is just a few feet away as you find out he was bitten. You have to make the hard decision to shoot him or let him shoot himself to unlock this achievement.

Dark Victory

Jesus suggests to you that you should be the new leader in Richmond. Clementine will join you to talk. If Dr. Lingard is still alive, he will reveal where AJ is to Clementine, which will unlock the achievement.

Second Chances

Clementine will ask you how she should handle the AJ situation and you can tell her to bring him back to Richmond or just let him be. This choice will influence the final cutscene and afterwards it is revealed that there will be a Season 4 on this video game as the achievement unlocks.
