TSA will only know you played this demo if you update your profile gets updated within 2 weeks of playing, just like any other demo or family-shared game. But you can't play this anymore if you own the full game. Please allow users to force-update games like this, because I'm sure Steam's API will say which achievements were earned and which weren't.
