Malfunctioning Scanners

Are scanners being slow today? It keeps saying 1000 people in front of you for me all day.

Scanners only go "You are currently being scanned..." and then it never resolves.

Any idea on when the scanners are going to be fixed? Been trying to scan all day to get credit for today's achievements.

I haven't been able to update my achievements for three days. Any manual scan I try, it perpetually attempts to scan with no resolve.

For me it's not that the achievements won't scan. But I have completed a game and it still isn't counting towards my completed game totals nor is it letting me add it to my trophy case.

It just says "You are currently being scanned...", but nothing happens. Honestly feels like I'm just being rate limited, but the site won't tell me straight-up. Extremely disheartening when I pay for Pro.

Only 1 out of 3-4 scans actually gets all the missing achievements & my feed is very weird, stuck on just a few achievements and unable to scroll it down at all for some reason.

I'm not sure what happened, I hit my scan limit (although, I'm paid Pro) and an achievement I earned hasn't registered and I'm about to lose my 2 month daily streak?


I unlocked it this morning, is there a way to save my daily streak?

However, it seems your streak is still ongoing. Streaks are always based on the unlock date we receive from the Steam API's. So even if you are not scanned for weeks, your streaks will rebuild once you have been scanned.

What frustrates me is that I can only see what %complete I am for 30 minutes or so after I perform a manual scan.

After this, my achievement percentage is set to 0% when viewing my profile and my goals. But I can see my real % in my stats.

This is frustrating because I lose where my progress is in my goals and can't see my overall completion on my profile unless I waste my limited daily scans,

I used to never suffer from this issue, now I suffer from it all the time.

Is this a cheeky thing the site owners do to push people to pay for pro.
Sell how useful it is to scan infinitely by breaking the information on your page after a time from the scan?

Hi. The scanner is not recognizing the two achievements I earned today in Euro Truck Simulator 2.
It was the last steam game I played so the scanner should detect it easily. I tried twice.

My profile is friends-only but I make it public before scanning, as I've always done without a problem.

So there's no misunderstanding, the site scanned the public profile, including the playtime.

EDIT: The scanner caught up with them at a later date.

Same for me, scan appears as valid in TSA Scanner 2 today at 09:44:46 UTC time. In fact it has been happening the same for the last few days, the scanner cannot detect the last achievement for Storyteller "Collector" earned on November 24th.

Christmas Day Edit: suddenly, almost one month later, it's fixed! The achievement is there. Thank you TSAnta Claus!
