Psycho-Ward has just submitted some DLC Game Info for Special Transport for Euro Truck Simulator 2:

The route hasn't shown up in the available special jobs filter or in the quick jobs selection.
So even if you have done all the other routes the achievement won't count now if you missed doing Dresden before 1.53 update.

Sorry, forgot to mention that.
- Driver Exceptionnel
- Complete deliveries on all oversize routes in current map (requires Special Transport DLC)
I have completed all the routes now except Dresden to Wroclaw, which as I mentioned seems to be missing/removed.
