Update 8.0 isn't DLC

The update which added new achievements based on the badge leveling system isn't optional DLC as demarcated here on TSA, it's part of the base game. Thanks for your attention!

it is not set as an optional DLC (addon), it's set as a title update, our definition of a title update is achievements added to the base game at a later date for free. So there's nothing wrong with how it is, the site will still track it as part of the game.

So the game's front page including people who haven't gotten any title update achievements in the "X have completed it" is by design?
