Many players have 0 TSA and some players have HIGH TSA!

I have 224 games with 0 TSA, and instead of climbing the leaderboards, I keep dropping down.

I know there are limits regarding spam games, but why such a big difference? Some players have limited TSA points; others don't have this limit and therefore have an advantage on the leaderboards. And then there are those with 0 TSA.

Here few examples:
Dinosaur Hunt - 2 players with 21,580 TSA, all others with 226 TSA, but more ppl with 0 TSA
Zup! 2 - 4 players with 4,580 TSA, all others with 204 TSA, but more ppl with 0 TSA

But mostly of this titles have two groups of players with 200+ TSA and 0 TSA. So it's not only me, more players are affected. Need help with these!

Just to add something, both player that have 21,580 TSA have double (2,158) the number of achievements of the game (1,079). I dont know why and how it happen, but i see it pretty often.

It is odd that some guy have 0 and other 200. I dont play spam game so i dont really care if they all are worth 0 TSA or 200 TSA, but everyone should have the same score.

Regarding the 0 point games - I'm seeing that some games have 0 points for their "gamerscore", which gives you 0 points as your TrueSteam score. This has been happening since at least April 2024, but I'm not familiar with the rules around it, so maybe your thread will bring it to light.

Regarding the users with a lot of points for the game, or double achievements, you can post about them in Malfunctioning Scanners and Bug Reports. I'll be completely honest with you here - I don't know how often the staff will go and force update their pages. I don't have access to do it myself. I assume this issue is probably related to the one above - where some gamers have 200 and some gamers have 0.

Regarding the spam games list, if you see games that you believe should be marked as spam, you can submit them to us for review. Or vice versa - you can request that they be removed from the spam games list. Provide your justification directly on the game page itself by clicking the ellipsis and submitting game info.

Dear admins, give us (all players with 0 TSA on these games) at least capped/limited score, like the other players have, please! Please fix the issue finaly!

Hopefully more players will report the same problem. But you already can see that many players are affected.

Looks to be related; Have some "achievement spam" games had their score reset to zero?

Games with >200 achievements will result in a sub-zero TSA score per achievement. I think the site doesn't add up the decimal numbers, but only the single numbers

Not that I'm aware of, but I'm not on the Game Info part of the site. I can only do it per user. If you have an example, I can check if recalculating scores does anything.

(I have escalated this bug to the devs via Discord yesterday)

For 268 gamers that completed the game, 114 have the TSA calculated (200) and the other 154 are all at 0 TSA.

It is the same thing for any other spam game, some have it calculated and other not.

Thanks, recalculating those with 200 indeed change to 0.
